About Us / Our Staff

Dr. Lance Alexander

Dr. Lance Alexander built East River Equine Hospital in 2009 to provide veterinary care for eastern Indiana and western Ohio’s horse community. He created a facility that would allow for more time evaluating each patient and a better place to perform medical procedures.

Dr. Alexander has received training in acupuncture, colic, radiology, and stem cell therapy. His practice interests include dentistry, reproduction, and sports medicine.
